 as practiced at the McCarter & English for over 40 years and chairs the na
 tional Property Tax Appeal practice. He has successfully represented owner
 s and lessees of real estate and over his career has obtained tens of mill
 ions of dollars in property tax savings for his clients. His experience in
 cludes a wide range of property types\, including office buildings\, indus
 trial properties\, hotels\, nuclear power plants\, golf courses and large 
 scale multi family residential developments. Mr. Ferruggia has handled man
 y cases in Massachusetts\, including consulting with Normandy Realty when 
 they owned the John Hancock Tower. On behalf of the Saunders family\, he t
 ried the case involving the Boston Plaza Hotel and adjacent office buildin
 g before the Appellate Tax Board in Boston\, and obtained a decision that 
 resulted in a $3 million tax refund. He also participated in the trial of 
 the tax appeal involving the Woburn contamination site. Mr. Ferruggia is a
  graduate of Princeton University\, where he majored in urban affairs at t
 he Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is also a
  graduate of the Harvard Law School.   For 8 years\, he was an adjunct p
 rofessor at the Boston College Carroll School of Business where he co-taug
 ht a course on real estate development with Father Francis Parker. He curr
 ently is an adjunct professor at NYU’s Graduate Program of the Schack In
 stitute of Real Estate where he teaches real estate law.  Frank Parker\, R
 otary Real Estate Roundtable Advisory Board Chairman  Frank J. Parker taug
 ht at Boston College since September 1969 as a tenured full professor of g
 raduate-level real estate development\, sustainability\, and nonprofit org
 anizations courses in the Carroll School of Management. For 23 years\, he 
 also was an adjunct full professor at Boston College Law School where he t
 aught a variety of international law courses. He is a practicing attorney 
 and licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He w
 as one of seven real estate professionals charged as The Real Estate Advis
 ory Committee of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston with the selling
  of 47 parishes for in excess of $60 million in the wake of its recent law
 suit settlements. For over a decade Professor Parker was a member of the R
 eal Estate Roundtable and has been actively involved with The American Soc
 iety of Real Estate Counselors (ASREC)\; The Urban Land Institute (ULI)\, 
 and the Appraisal Institute (MAI). In 2006 he was appointed a Fellow by th
 e British Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).  For three year
 s\, Professor Parker was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of RTC Real Es
 tate for Warren Gorham and Lamont\, where he wrote a column each issue on 
 “Ethics in Real Estate.” Professor Parker was the first foreign consul
 tant employed by the Government of Bermuda starting in 1994 to act as a co
 nsultant to assist in closing the 2500 acres of American Naval Bases on th
 e island and redeveloping 10% of the landmass involved as commercial\, res
 idential\, and recreational improved space.

 serif">Frank J. Parker taught at Boston College since September 1969 as a 
 tenured full professor of graduate-level real estate development\, sustain
 ability\, and nonprofit organizations courses in the Carroll School of Man
 agement. For 23 years\, he also was an adjunct full professor at Boston Co
 llege Law School where he taught a variety of international law courses. H
 e is a practicing attorney and licensed real estate broker in the Commonwe
 alth of Massachusetts.</span></span></p>\n\n<p dir="ltr"><span style="font
 -size:12px"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms\,helvetica\,sans-serif">
 He was one of seven real estate professionals charged as The Real Estate A
 dvisory Committee of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston with the sel
 ling of 47 parishes for in excess of $60 million in the wake of its recent
  lawsuit settlements.</span></span></p>\n\n<p dir="ltr"><span style="font-
 size:12px"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms\,helvetica\,sans-serif">F
 or over a decade Professor Parker was a member of the Real Estate Roundtab
 le and has been actively involved with The American Society of Real Estate
  Counselors (ASREC)\; The Urban Land Institute (ULI)\, and the Appraisal I
 nstitute (MAI). In 2006 he was appointed a Fellow by the British Royal Ins
 titute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).&nbsp\;</span></span></p>\n\n<p dir=

 helvetica\,sans-serif">For three years\, Professor Parker was the Editor-i

 the first foreign consultant employed by the Government of Bermuda startin
 g in 1994 to act as a consultant to assist in closing the 2500 acres of Am
 erican Naval Bases on the island and redeveloping 10% of the landmass invo
 lved as commercial\, residential\, and recreational improved space.</span>
