 osman\, a small and economically challenged town in Appalachia. The Breva
 rd Rotary is leading this transformational three-year initiative\, a $1 m
 illion investment in Appalachian youth. Through this effort\, they have ac
 quired and developed the TenTwentySix Youth Hub in Rosman\, creating a d
 edicated space designed to support\, inspire\, and empower young people in
  the community.  Michael Dexter-Smith describes himself as an Entrepreneu
 rial Philanthropist\, someone who builds ventures with purpose and applies
  business discipline to community impact. Over the past decade\, Michael h
 as devoted much of his time to community leadership.  As President of his
  Rotary Club in Hawaii\, he led membership growth from 40 to nearly 90 mem
 bers\, making it the second largest club in the Hawaiian Islands After rel
 ocating to Transylvania County\, North Carolina\, he helped grow the Rotar
 y Club of Brevard from 9 to more than 50 members\, focused squarely on mea
 surable community impact. The club emphasizes action over ceremony\, just 
 meaningful work in the community. Michael currently serves as Treasurer of
  the Rotary Club and its Foundation and is Chapter Chair for SCORE Western
