Volunteering at Community Servings (#2)

Rotary has reserved the entire evening shift at Community Servings -- 22 spots from 4-7 p.m. -- as a "Service Meeting."  First-come, first served, so sign up soon to make sure you can share in this rewarding experience of humble service.

About Volunteering at Community Servings.

They require all volunteers to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. A member of our staff will check your vaccination card (or photo of it) upon arrival and make a note of your status. A photo of your vaccination card is acceptable, or you may bring the hard copy with you on the day of your scheduled shift. Please do not email or text photos of your vaccination card to our team members.  If a member of your group does not have a vaccination card or copy, they will not be able to volunteer.  To read more about our vaccination policy, please click here.

In order to volunteer, you must feel 100% healthy and be free of any symptoms of illness, including a cough, fever, chills, body aches, chest congestion, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, or diarrhea.

Dress Code

• Face mask
• Long sleeved shirt 
• Shoes that completely cover the foot (like sneakers)
• Long pants without rips or tears or a full length skirt
• Hairnets, aprons, and gloves will be provided on site

How to Get Here

Community Servings is located at 179 Amory St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.  We have parking available on site if you are traveling by car.  We are located close to the Stony Brook stop on the MBTA Orange Line if you are coming by public transportation.
