Bristol Lodge serving
Feb. 19, 2026 2:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Bristol Lodge Soup Kitchen - Supper is served for 40-80 people every evening at 5:00 p.m. About half of those served are residents of the Bristol Lodge Shelters for men and women.   Local community and church groups cook and serve the meals provided at the soup kitchen. The Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland is one of these groups that provides warm and hearty meals to those in need.

Robert Mosher Sr., along with his wife Cindy of Weston, MA, brought this program to the attention of The Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland in 1995.  Once a month, the Moshers cooked a meal of spaghetti and meatballs and created a schedule of Weston and Wayland Rotarians who took turns serving the food at Bristol Lodge on the third Thursday of each month.  The Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland has continued this community outreach for over 28 years.

Dinner Meeting & Service Project Ideas
Feb. 19, 2026 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Bring Your Service Project Ideas!

You asked, and we’re listening.

At this week’s meeting, we’ll be brainstorming new service project ideas, and we want your input!  We’re especially interested in hearing what our newest members are passionate about. With the support and experience of our longer-standing members, we can turn your ideas into meaningful action.

Rotary District 7910 has set aside funds for new service projects, so please come prepared with any ideas you may have, big or small, for projects our club could take on this term and next.

Your ideas help shape what we do together. We’re excited to hear your thoughts and collaborate to make a positive impact.

Please remember to register, and we look forward to seeing you at the meeting on the 19th!

All are welcome to join us.

Volunteers Needed Feb 28th! Help Us Pack 100,000 Meals for Our Community!

The Rotary Club of Leominster is thrilled to invite Rotarians, friends, families, and community partners to roll up their sleeves for an extraordinary service project celebrating our Centennial Year!

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, we will partner with Meals of Hope to pack 100,000 nutritious meals—all in one day, across two locations—to help address food insecurity throughout our region.

This high-energy, hands-on event will take place at:
•        First Parish Church (48 Main Street, Westford, MA 01886), hosted by the Westford Rotary Club

We need lots of volunteers to make this ambitious goal a reality! No experience is required—just a willingness to help, a bit of teamwork, and a passion for making a difference for all ages and abilities. You can volunteer for one of two shifts:
•        8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
•        11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
…or join us for the whole day!

Sign up here:

Zoom Meeting with Speaker, Michael Dexer-Smith
Mar. 12, 2026 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

A Zoom meeting you will not want to miss!!!

This week we will be meeting on Zoom with an amazing former member of the Rotary Club of Weston & Wayland, Michael Dexter-Smith, who will be joining us from Western North Carolina to share exciting news about a new Youth Hub coming to Rosman, a small and economically challenged town in Appalachia.

The Brevard Rotary is leading this transformational three-year initiative, a $1 million investment in Appalachian youth. Through this effort, they have acquired and developed the TenTwentySix Youth Hub in Rosman, creating a dedicated space designed to support, inspire, and empower young people in the community.

Michael Dexter-Smith describes himself as an Entrepreneurial Philanthropist, someone who builds ventures with purpose and applies business discipline to community impact. Over the past decade, Michael has devoted much of his time to community leadership.

As President of his Rotary Club in Hawaii, he led membership growth from 40 to nearly 90 members, making it the second largest club in the Hawaiian Islands

After relocating to Transylvania County, North Carolina, he helped grow the Rotary Club of Brevard from 9 to more than 50 members, focused squarely on measurable community impact. The club emphasizes action over ceremony, just meaningful work in the community.

Michael currently serves as Treasurer of the Rotary Club and its Foundation and is Chapter Chair for SCORE Western North Carolina.

Dinner Meeting & Service Project - Part 2
Apr. 02, 2026 6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Bring Your Service Project Ideas Part 2!

We had some great conversations at our first service project ideas meeting, and now we’re excited to build on that momentum. At our April 2 dinner meeting, we’ll move into a second phase continuing the conversation and shaping the projects that will define our impact together.

If you couldn’t attend the first session, this is the perfect opportunity to jump in. Your ideas, perspective, and voice truly matter, and we would love to have every member in the room.

This is your chance to engage, connect, and help guide what we do as a club. We strongly encourage everyone to attend, your participation makes a difference.

Please remember to register, and we look forward to seeing you on April 2. All are welcome to join us.

Note: Rotary District 7910 has set aside funds for new service projects, so come prepared with any ideas you may have, big or small, for projects our club could take on this term and next.

Jun. 11, 2026 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Join Us for a Special Evening of Celebration

Please join us as we honor the outstanding students from Weston and Wayland High Schools, this year’s recipients of the Rotary Club Scholarships.

These awards are made possible through the Hector J. Osmond Rotary Scholarship Program, named in memory of a man who exemplified the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.” Hector Osmond dedicated his life to educating the young, supporting the elderly, and uplifting those facing hardship. He embodied the very best of citizenship in the Weston and Wayland communities.

We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful evening of recognition, inspiration, and Rotary fellowship.

Bristol Lodge serving
Jun. 18, 2026 2:45 p.m.
