On Thursday, March 12Dr. Cody Meissner, who specializes in pediatric infectious disease at Tufts University School of Medicine and also works with the National Institutes of Health and Boston Children’s Hospital, was scheduled as our guest speaker.  We'd planned for Dr. Meissner to speak about polio, which he has studied closely, but the urgent topic of our time carried the day.

The Weston Media Center, after a quick contact with Alanna Muldoon, was able to have Brian Gordon join us to capture the talk and then do some quick post-production work. Today, the Weston Media Center shared the link to the 30--minute video, which include Q&A. You can see it on the Weston Media Center site. Please share it as broadly as you like.

We met Dr. Meissner in December while ringing the bells for the Salvation Army and invited him to come speak about polio, about which he is (also) expert. We look forward to that talk on Polio in October, pending confirmation of Dr. Meissner's availability.

If you would like to join a growing corps of people who willing to consider provide support to our communities (of an as-yet unspecified nature), please reply to this email and we'll know you are interested.

Thank you.
