Door Prize - Door prize responsibility is to select a door prize of value $10 to $20 to be given to the Sergeant-at-Arms BEFORE the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting you are schedule to bring the door prize, it is your responsibility to get the prize to the Sergeant-at-Arms before the meeting.

Greeter - The Greeter must arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the meeting and greet all members and guests at the door and answer any questions they may have

Meeting Notes:

Golfers arrived early. Mark Messina won half the money pot for coming closest to a hole, 30 feet.

We had a happy relaxed evening. Chip told his usual funny stories, he had us all laughing. Food was good, atmosphere very cordial. 

Discussed activities concerning Bristol Lodge. 

We were given a tour of the Country Club rooms especially nice was the fireplace and dance floor. Our Christmas party for December 15th is planned for this room with a jazzy band. 

Meeting adjourned 7:30 pm.

REMINDERS

Richard DeVito, Jr. still has tickets for the 5th Annual Boy Scout Troop 157 Pasta Dinner. Tickets are $10 each or $30 for a family. It is on November 18th at the Weston Recreation Center. For more information visit: www.troop157.org

WGC provides us with a set menu. Special orders must be made in advance. Please call the club on Thursday a.m. to see what is on the special order menu. If you must special order, please do it in advance. The phone number is 781-894-2503.

November 2016. Food purchaser is TBA, Food preparer is TBA supervising the Interact Club, Food servers are TBA. Deliver pots to The DeVito Building, where they are stored. It is your responsibility to find a replacement for yourself if needed.
