Door Prize - Door prize responsibility is to select a door prize of value $10 to $20 to be given to the Sergeant-at-Arms BEFORE the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting you are schedule to bring the door prize, it is your responsibility to get the prize to the Sergeant-at-Arms before the meeting.

Greeter - The Greeter must arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the meeting and greet all members and guests at the door and answer any questions they may have

On behalf of the entire DeVito family, I extend our sincere thanks for a wonderful evening and the presentation to Matthew of the Community Service Award and Hector J. Osmond Scholarship.
 
It was one of the best presentations I think we have ever done at a scholarship dinner.  The invitation of other scholarship winnners and organizations to dinner was brilliant and should be expanded as Rotary can be the conduit through which we recognize these fine students and bring the other community service organizations together in a common cause. And special thanks to those on the scholarship team who worked countless hours to select our winners. I think it was one of the Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland's finest moments.  I look forward to a similar grand evening with our Wayland Scholarship winners soon!

June 2017. Food purchaser is TBA, Food preparer is TBA supervising the Interact Club, Food servers are TBA. Deliver pots to The DeVito Building, where they are stored. It is your responsibility to find a replacement for yourself if needed.
