The Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland creates year-long sponsorship relationships in which sponsors are recognized throughout the year across all types of programming. Sponsors participate in a wide variety of ways in a wide variety of activities. Our activities fall into three categories: 
 
  • Service: We do direct service activities and conduct events designed to raise funds for scholarships and charitable initiatives, such as: 
  • Fellowship: Many say that "Rotary runs on Food," and we eat well and meet regularly at the Weston Golf Club. We have special events throughout the year, including our Holiday Party with a hilarious Yankee Swap and gifts for residents at Mary's House Shelter in Waltham, Valentine's Day (so we don't have to figure THAT out!), St. Patrick's Day, our Scholarship Celebration Dinner in June, and LobsterFest in the summer. 
  • Business: We are expanding our focus on fostering business growth in several ways, most publicly through our increasingly popular monthly Business Networking Breakfast at Mel's Commonwealth Cafe in Wayland. Additionally, we're always working to make connections among local business executives through invitations and introductions.        
We hope you will conclude that a full-year sponsorship would be a compelling combination of philanthropy and sponsorship that delivers marketing and business development value. To do that, please contact the President of the Rotary Club of Weston and Wayland to set a time to speak or meet. 

 

Organizing Principles of our Sponsorship Philosophy 

1. Organizational Sponsorship of Everything We Do for a Year: Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship incorporate benefits through the year. 

2. What the Sponsor Values is Most Important. 

The Organizing Committee will provide additional customized benefits for sponsors whenever possible. Platinum sponsors receive all of these benefits. All other sponsors enjoy a modified selection of benefits.  

 

Year-Long Rotary Sponsorship Benefits: Premium sponsors enjoy benefits through June, 2020.  See our Sponsorship Benefits for Partner Sponsors at the Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. 

  • Sponsor Recognition: Co-Sponsor of the annual Scholarship Celebration Dinner at the Weston Golf Club in June, the Rotary Rising Youth Leadership Award program and its celebration events, and the Rotary Business Networking Series.
  • Hospitality: Complimentary tickets to the Rotary Holiday Party, Valentine’s Day Party, and/or Scholarship Celebration Dinner, as well as complementary attendance at Rotary Special Events (“meetings”) throughout the year.
  • Promotional Rights to promote your organization’s support of the Rotary Club of Weston & Wayland.
  • Volunteer Opportunities for the sponsor, its employees and friends.

Communications Recognition and Exposure:

Premium sponsors enjoy prominent logo and name recognition in all 

communications, including, for example: 

  • Online: WestonCarShow.com and WestonWaylandRotary.org websites, our Facebook page, email campaigns (1,500 subscribers). 
  • Offline: Direct mail campaign (3,000+ households); Pre-event signage and printed materials. 
  • Media Relations: Quotation and/or photograph in the pre-event press release and post-event article(s) issued to local and regional media outlets. (Platinum) 

Recognition and Exposure at our unique community events: 

  • Children's Business Fair
  • Christmas Tree Sale 
  • Pooch Parade & Festival
  • Antique & Classic Car Show
through thorough and appropriate channels, such as: 
  • Signage & Materials: Recognition on promotional materials & signage.
  • Exhibit Booth/Display: one 10’x20’ or 10’x10’ exhibit space
  • Car Display: Space to display up to 4 cars. (Car show only) 
  • Awards: Multiple Judging and Awards Presentation opportunities
  • Sponsor Announcements: Ten 30-second “Commercials" announced or broadcast by the Show Emcee, Sponsor Services Team, or one of your participants. 

Hospitality at Events: 

  • Complimentary VIP tickets, including food, beverage and raffle tickets for VIP guests.
