Speakers

Nina has over 20 years of experience in education and training, technology, and program development. As the Director of Learning Solutions at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), she currently leads a team of learning designers and collaborates with fifteen program directors.

Nina works in both the academic and corporate sectors. She has partnered with AT&T, Apple, Vertex, Samsung, Enjoy Technology, and Asurion to design training programs that were delivered in the US, Canada, the UK, and Colombia. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Boston. Most recently, Nina has been leading a digital transformation initiative in Generative AI (GAI) for both UMGC and Boston College where she also has a consultant role.
